To the Rink
Cold.. cold Fort St John. A friend took this lovely photo one night a few years after this was installed. The piece shows a grandfather tying a young boys' laces as he prepares to hit the ice.
To the Rink
It was an honour to be commissioned by the City of Fort St John to create a feature sculpture for the front of their new multi use arena. They wanted to recognize all the volunteers who are so important to the sports scene in every town.

I used the same young man as a model for this piece as my dreamer sculpture from the year before. He is quite delighted to be a part of my sculpture legacy.
